  • Citrix: If connecting to Citrix for the first time, it will be necessary to download the Citrix Client, available below. Otherwise click  Citrix/NFuse Portal.

  • Printing: If you want to print to a local network printer, it will be necessary to download the ThinPrint Client, available below.

  • Outlook: Access Outlook information ONLY through Outlook Web Access. No client download necessary. Click Outlook Web Access.

In order for you, a Village Homes Employee, to use Citrix/Nfuse to access your authorized information over the web, the computer you are currently using must have a Citrix Client installed. If you need to install the Citrix Client,

Follow these steps to install:

  1. Click on the link above (Citrix Download ) to start download - this may take a few minutes, but will only need to be done once!
  2. When prompted whether to save or run, select "Run"
  3. When download is complete, your computer will automatically begin to install Citrix
  4. When prompted, click Yes, then Yes, and that's it!
  5. You will need to reboot your computer after the installation of the Citrix Client - remember you only have to do this once!
